    Women's Circle- Yoga for all levels & stage of life

    Friday

    $17 drop-in or $150 for 10 class pass

    Come to this class & join a supportive, communal,
    empowering space for women in an intimate setting. Now more than ever the beneficial aspects of gathering together as a tribe, owning our voice and sharing a safe space are crucial.


    Open to all levels. Beginners welcome and encouraged! Special attention paid to the core, pelvic floor & breath.

     

    *This class is open to those who identify as women or have experienced life as a woman. *

     

    Tea shared at the end of class. Bring a mug if you think of it!

    Pelvic Floor Yoga Sessions: for men and women

    privates by appointment.

    Privates run 60 mins. (75 mins. for the 1st)

    Benefit most from minimum of 4 sessions.

    $85 per session. Discount if purchase sessions in bulk.

    Personalized practice to regain health and integrity of your pelvic floor. Private sessions are well suited for those with pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, and prostate issues. Also helpful for all prenatal, postnatal & menopausal women and those who feel disconnected to their core.

     

    About me:

    After experiencing my first savasana (final resting pose) I was intrigued by what a yoga practice had to offer. Since then my fascination and respect for the intimate connection of body, mind and breath continues to deepen. I see everyday in my work with students the empowering, joyful and healing benefits of yoga.

     

    15 years since that first savasana, I've delved into over 500 hours of yoga studies as a certified yoga teacher. My certifications include in Pre & Postnatal Yoga with Sue Elkind, who believed in me from the start and saw my potential even when I couldn't. Postnatal yoga with Lara Kohn Thompson, Restorative Yoga: Relax and Renew ® with Judith Lasater and Pelvic Floor Yoga® with Leslie Howard whose work and guidance has been of the utmost importance. I'm blessed and privileged to have studied with exceptional teachers along my path. I am a student of Yogarupa Rod Stryker whose teachings invoke life's joy and reminds me daily of the potency of practice. I'm part of the Elevate mentorship community with Elena Brower, who has taught me the grace of diving within so I can share my light with others. Lastly, but Karen Brody has brought Yoga Nidra and rest into my life in a way I'll be forever grateful.
